"BAX Construction was the carpenter for the construction of the Sacred Learning Center (SLC) in Lincolnwood, Illinois. SLC is a 2-story + basement new construction comprising of nearly 17,000 square feet, which opened its doors to the public on July 26, 2019.
BAX’s scope included exterior framing, interior framing, drywall, finished carpentry and more.
BAX was a pleasure to work with throughout the duration of the project. They employed hardworking staff who ensured that we were able to meet our timelines. The project went through many ups and downs due to various issues, however BAX always stood by us as we sought to complete the project. Additionally, BAX was reasonably priced and were always willing to proactively discuss change orders
(COs) instead of just hitting us with exorbitant COs after the fact.
